A well-known bakery is looking to hire a Branch Manager for its location in Baabda

Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow.

-Manage and train branch staff to maintain high service and quality standards.

-Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene, and safety requirements.

-Monitor sales performance, inventory, and customer satisfaction.

-Report to head office and coordinate with other departments.

Requirements:
-Minimum 3–5 years of previous experience as a Branch Manager / Supervisor in bakery, restaurant, or FMCG

-Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

-Preference will be given to candidates living near Baabda

-Ability to manage staff, control costs, and ensure customer satisfaction
