Area Sales Manager- Grocery

Role Purpose:
Drive channel/area sales performance by owning targets, distribution, and retail execution, while leading the field team (sales supervisors, representatives, cash vans). The role ensures product availability, visibility, and penetration, expands the customer base, executes trade strategies, and maintains strong retailer/key-client relationships.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
• Languages: Arabic & English required; French is a plus.
• Strong PC skills (Windows apps; Excel and PowerPoint essential); familiarity with ERP/CRM tools preferred.
Experience
• 3–5 years of FMCG sales experience (including territory/channel leadership and team supervision).
• Proven success in hitting sales targets, improving distribution, and elevating retail execution.
