The ideal candidate should possess

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Master’s degree (MBA) or CPA/CMA certification is a strong plus
• 7+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience, ideally within the steel industry, heavy manufacturing, or industrial operations.
• Direct experience with manufacturing, financial reporting, and cost accounting.
• Proven track record in ERP implementation (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar systems).
• Experience managing multi-location financial operations is an advantage
