Administrative Assistant to KSA

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the HR and administrative departments
• follow up with candidates for visa documents.
• Prepare and maintain employee
records, files, and documentation
• Support the recruitment process (scheduling interviews, collecting CVs, etc.)
• Draft internal memos, reports, and correspondence
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive HR information
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (French is a plus)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
