Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the overall operations of the branch, including staff supervision, customer service, and sales performance.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to consistently achieve branch sales targets and KPIs.
• Ensure proper implementation of company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and implement control measures to prevent losses and overstock.
• Handle customer complaints professionally to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
• Ensure the store’s visual presentation and merchandising meet Cocoriki’s brand standards.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
• Oversee cash handling, deposits, and all financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with the marketing team on in-store promotions, events, and campaigns.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment.
• Ensure compliance with Lebanese labor laws, as well as health and safety regulations.
• Cover employees schedule gaps.
• Complete all daily tasks and assignments as directed by upper management, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
•Train staff.
• Maintain proper documentation of all operational, financial, and administrative activities to ensure accuracy, accountability, and compliance.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in retail management (fashion, lifestyle, or similar industries is a plus).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing teams.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and retail POS systems.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (French is a plus).
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
