Duties & Responsibilities
• Develop and manage daily schedules for maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations
• Receive emergency calls from customers during and outside working hours
• Follow up on response times and repairs to ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide technical assistance to maintenance teams and consult with customers on technical issues when needed
• Supervise maintenance teams and monitor their operational performance
• Ensure preventive maintenance for generators conducted according to manufacturer recommendations
• Submit purchase requests for parts needed by the maintenance team

Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in electromechanical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in operations or maintenance management, preferably in the generator industry
• Strong technical knowledge of generator systems and maintenance practices
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively
• Thoroughness, attention to quality, and timely delivery
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management software

N.B This role requires both office-based work and field visits to monitor team performance and address technical issues as needed
