FRONT OFFICE AGENT

Bay Lodge Boutique Hotel is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences with warmth, efficiency, and professionalism. We are looking for a friendly and service-oriented Front Office Agent to join our team and be the welcoming face of our property.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
• Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
• Answer phone calls and handle guest inquiries in a courteous and timely manner
• Process reservations, payments, and billing accurately
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk area
• Follow all security procedures and company policies

Requirements:
• Previous experience in a front office or customer service role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in reservation or PMS systems such as OMEGA Otel or Opera is a plus
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Fluent in Arabic, Conversational in English & French; additional languages are an advantage
