• Proven 2-3 years’ experience in sales supports
• Bachelor's degree in business management or related field.
• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently using our CRM system.
• Liaise with customers to confirm order details, resolve inquiries, and provide exceptional service.
• Coordinate deliveries, and orders readiness to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
• Assist in preparing sales quotations, proposals, and presentations (Canva, PDF, Power Point…).
• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance) to ensure seamless execution of sales transactions.
• Maintain and update customer records and sales activity in the CRM system.
• Generate sales reports and provide analysis on sales performance as needed.
• Support sales representatives with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining sales materials.
• Assist in organizing and participating in sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities
