ABOUT THE ROLE:
Our client, a multinational media agency, is seeking a digitally native and strategically minded Senior Digital Media Planner to lead the development and execution of advanced, full-funnel digital media strategies. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in digital channels, a passion for performance and innovation, and the ability to translate data into impactful results for ambitious brands.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• End-to-End Strategy Development: Create and lead full-funnel digital media strategies that integrate brand awareness and performance goals across channels including search, social, display, programmatic, video, and eCommerce.
• Client Leadership: Act as a senior strategic partner to clients, owning key relationships and delivering proactive recommendations, performance insights, and growth opportunities.
• Platform Expertise: Plan, activate, and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, DV360, Amazon Ads, and GA4.
• Brief-to-Plan Execution: Translate client briefs into clear, actionable, and innovative digital media plans, aligning targeting, creative, and KPIs to business objectives.
• eCommerce Strategy: Build tailored media plans that drive results across the funnel for eCommerce clients, focusing on ROAS, CPA, and conversion optimization.
• Innovation & Experimentation: Identify and recommend emerging tools, formats, and audience strategies, staying ahead of industry trends like AI-driven buying, data privacy, and automation.
• Performance Monitoring: Oversee campaign execution, ensuring accurate pacing, optimization, and reporting across all stages of the campaign lifecycle.
• Team Collaboration & Mentorship: Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, analytics, media buying, and account teams, while mentoring junior planners and executives on strategy and execution best practices.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s or MBA a plus).
• Fluency in Arabic and English is essential; French is a strong advantage.
• Experience: 3–4 years in digital media planning, performance marketing, or digital strategy—preferably in an agency or high-growth digital environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Deep experience with leading digital platforms and tools including Google Ads, Meta, DV360, TikTok, LinkedIn, Amazon Ads, and GA4.
• Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of digital KPIs (CPM, CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.) and ability to optimize campaigns to meet business and media goals.
• Client-Facing Communication: Confident in presenting plans and performance insights to stakeholders; clear, persuasive communicator.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities with precision, autonomy, and attention to detail.
• Digital-First Thinking: Passionate about digital media, performance marketing, innovation, and staying ahead of the curve.
