Job Summary
The Receptionist is responsible for providing administrative support, handling company documentation, managing front desk activities, and assisting HR and other departments in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
Reception and Communication
• Handle incoming calls from clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming tone.
• Coordinate and monitor stationary requests to ensure the availability of office supplies.
Maintenance and Follow-Up
• Follow up on maintenance work, ensuring timely completion and addressing any additional needs within the company premises.
• Manage and monitor the phone recharge process for employees.
Administrative Support
• Handle documentation for new joiners, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Manage legal documents related to NSSF and medical insurance in coordination with HR.
• Assist the HR department with administrative tasks and projects.

Education and Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in Office Administration or related field is a plus.
• 1–2 years of experience in reception or administrative roles
