Job Purpose:

Responsible for overseeing the full workflow of gold items from post-polishing to final inspection. Ensures accurate item descriptions, proper pricing preparation, and high-level quality control before dispatching items to the assigned branches.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Receiving & checking items after polishing
- Transfer all items from the polishing department to section 036.
- Verify that all items are complete, defect-free, and ready for the next processing stage.
2. Description Verification & Standard Creation
- Open and check every item to ensure the description accurately matches the physical piece.
- For new items, prepare a complete and detailed description, including all components, specifications, and characteristics.
- Create a new standard assembly (PC assembly) for each new item and input all required ingredients and parts.
3. Pricing Preparation
- Inspect each item to ensure it falls within the 5% UDF tolerance.
- Disassemble items when necessary and verify all parts before pricing.
- Ensure all details are correctly prepared for the pricing stage and compliant with internal processes.
4. Quality Control
- Perform detailed quality control checks to ensure that sizes, weights, finishing, and overall specifications meet company standards.
- Confirm that all items (rings, pendants, bracelets, etc.) are fully compliant before moving forward.
- Report directly to the CEO regarding any item related issues, including discrepancies in the UDF, inaccuracies in apexification, or any element that does not meet the required standards.
5. Documentation & System Processing
- After completing the pricing preparation, transfer all items back to section 001 for final workflow processing.
- Manage and verify all documentation related to final inspection.
- Place a label on every item that has been priced to ensure proper tracking and identification.
6. Coordination with the CEO for Branch Distribution
- Coordinate with the CEO regarding item distribution to branches.
- Communication is done through the WhatsApp group or via direct meetings when the CEO is present in the office.
- Based on the CEO’s instructions, assign and prepare each item for dispatch to the appropriate branch.

Skills:
- Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Production Management, or related field
- Knowledge of jewelry production workflows
- Proficiency in project management systems
- Understanding of stone quality standards
- Inventory and consumption data tracking.
- Language and digital literacy (ERP system, Office Suite)
