Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Transportation & Logistics or any related field
2- 4 years of experience in Customs Clearance / direct contract with clients

Job Description :

- Ensure compliance with department policies & procedures.
- Deal directly with clients either by telephone, email, or face-to-face.
- Meet or exceed the annual gross profit target.
- Respond promptly to clients’ inquiries and resolve their complaints promptly.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
- Provide pricing and delivery information
- Set up new client accounts
- Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes.
- Keep records of client interactions and transactions.
- Record details of inquiries, complaints, and consequent actions taken.
- Maintain client databases.
- Communicate and coordinate professionally and in a good manner with internal departments
- Coordinate with operations and customer service departments to provide and maintain the best service.
- Ensure proper pricing for high-weight shipments in terms of handling and delivery (ODA)
- Prioritize daily workflow to achieve and maintain KPI’s as per set goals.
- Promptly advise the management with new Customs regulations, updates, and requirements
