Kitchen Chef - Sierra Lione ( Africa)

We are hiring a Kitchen Chef to manage a Seafood and International Cuisine Fine Dining Cuisine located in Sierra Leone, Africa.

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

· Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in seafood and international cuisine.
· Strong kitchen management and leadership experience.
· Deep knowledge of culinary techniques, plating, and flavor balancing for seafood and international dishes.
· Strong experience in inventory control, procurement, cost management, record keeping, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
· Experience in training and mentoring staff in culinary techniques, safety standards, workflow efficiency, and performance accountability
· Ability to plan and execute menus, optimize kitchen processes, manage time effectively, and maintain high standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
· Excellent communication skills to coordinate with management, front-of-house staff, and suppliers, report on kitchen performance, and resolve conflicts efficiently.
· Proficiency in English.
