Role Summary

Manage and grow sales operations within the Beqaa territory for a market-leading FMCG company. Execute daily sales plans, maintain retailer relationships, and ensure product visibility and availability across assigned routes.

Key Responsibilities

Route Management: execute daily sales visits to assigned outlets (supermarkets, mini-markets, wholesalers) in the Beqaa region according to the route plan.

Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, volume goals, and distribution KPIs.

Order Taking: Secure orders, introduce new SKUs, and negotiate optimal shelf space and visibility.

Merchandising: Ensure proper product rotation (FEFO), pricing visibility, and stock replenishment on shelves.

Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and new product launches; report findings to management.

Collection: Manage invoicing and ensure timely collection of payments in adherence to company credit policies.

Reporting: Submit daily activity reports and sales analysis via the sales automation system.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the FMCG sector in Lebanon.

Education: High School degree required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.

Geography: Must reside in the Beqaa area with deep knowledge of local routes and clients.

Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and numerical skills. Proficiency in using handheld sales devices.

Mobility: Valid Lebanese driving license is mandatory.

Language: Fluent in Arabic; Basic to Intermediate English.
