About the Role:

A highly reputable and international company in Beirut is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineering Intern to join the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in procurement and purchasing of vessels mechanical parts, equipment, and materials
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal and external departments regarding parts availability and specifications
Prepare and maintain purchase orders, quotations, and related documentation
Follow up on deliveries, timelines, and inventory levels
Ensure purchased items meet technical requirements and quality standards
Maintain accurate records, databases, and reports related to parts and procurement activities

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
0-1 years of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
Basic knowledge of mechanical parts and technical specifications
Maritime experience/Knowledge is a plus
Excellent command of English
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability and willingness to learn procurement processes and technical procedures
High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail
