Architect Project Manager

Construction Company - Lebanon - Beirut

A leading construction and execution company is looking for an Architect Project Manager for a new project at Achrafieh.

Educational background: Bachelor degree in Architecture is a must.

Required Experience: 15 to 20 years of experience in Construction / Execution field with a main Contractor.

Qualifications:
- Project Management skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work on-site
- Prior experience in a similar role is mandatory.
- Ability to work under pressure,
- Team working,
- Preferably resident in Achrafieh area or near by.
- Member of the Order of Engineers and Architects, Branch 5.

Required Languages:
English, French and Arabic.
