We’re seeking a friendly, professional Hostess to greet guests, manage reservations and seating, and ensure every guest feel welcomed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome guests with genuine warmth and guide them to their table or waiting area
- Manage reservations and wait lists using our hotel’s booking system
- Communicate clearly with servers, chefs, and management to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel front-of-house, or guest services preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with a luxury hotel brand
- Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and adapt during peak times.
