Colortek is looking for a Growth Officer to oversee retail and factory operations in Syria, drive market expansion, and ensure alignment with company standards and branding.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise Syrian retail branches & ensure SOP compliance
Support factory operations & training
Conduct market research & identify growth opportunities
Align marketing & branding with HQ
Report regularly to CEO on market insights

Requirements:
Experience in retail or manufacturing
Strong leadership & communication skills
Familiar with Levant markets
Willing to travel
Fluent in Arabic & English
