Tasks & Responsibilities:
Mechanical & Electronic Engineering
• Assist in the design and development of elevator mechanical components (machines, rails, cabins, doors).
• Support electronic system design, including control boards, sensors, wiring diagrams, and safety circuits.
• Perform calculations related to loads, dynamics, power requirements, and system performance.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.
Installation & Commissioning Support
• Provide technical support during elevator installation and modernization projects.
• Assist with on-site testing, calibration, and commissioning of mechanical and electronic systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control issues to minimize downtime.
Maintenance & Technical Support
• Analyze recurring faults and recommend corrective or preventive actions.
• Support field technicians in diagnosing failures in motors, drives, controllers, and door systems.
• Maintain accurate records of tests, inspections, and service reports.
Compliance & Safety
• Ensure all systems comply with industry standards (EN81, ASME A17.1, or local codes).
• Conduct safety inspections and contribute to continuous improvement of safety processes.
• Keep up to date with new technologies and compliance requirements.
Project Coordination
• Work with procurement teams to evaluate technical specifications of mechanical and electronic components.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Assist in preparing technical documentation and progress reports.

Qualifications
Skills:
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, electric motors, drives, and control circuits.
• Ability to read and create mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and control schematics.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in both field and office environments.

Related Experience:
• 1–3 years of experience in mechanical/electronic systems (elevator or industrial equipment preferred).
• Fresh graduates with strong technical skills may also be considered.
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
Abilities:
• Willingness to work on-site, including in elevator shafts and machine rooms when necessary.
• Good understanding of safety procedures and standards
