A reputable leading Co. ( F&B Sector) is seeking a highly qualified Restaurant Chef Salad to be in charge of ensuring meals are prepared and presented to customers satisfactorily at the assigned branch.
Location: Lebanon, Beirut, Bliss Street
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Craft salads with a focus on balance, texture, and presentation.
• Create and test new salad recipes to enhance the menu.
• contribute to daily cold dishes preparation
• ensuring food safety standards and personal hygiene.
Qualifications and Skills:
•Prior experience working in a restaurant
• Proficiency in assembling a variety of salads, cold dishes, and other items according to established recipes, ensuring consistency in portion control and presentation.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed
•Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Education and Experience
Minimum of 3 years' experience in the assigned domain.
Preferably hospitality graduates
