A reputable leading Co. ( F&B Sector) is seeking a highly qualified Restaurant waiter to be in charge of floor-dedicated tasks at the assigned branch.
Location: Lebanon, Beirut, Bliss Street
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and present menus
• Take and serve customer orders
• Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations
• Ensure all orders are accurate and delivered promptly
• Communicate any special requests or dietary needs to the kitchen
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues
• Collect payments and operate cash registers
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications and Skills:
• Prior experience as a waiter or in customer service preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends, and holidays as needed
•Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Education and Experience
Minimum of 3 years' experience in the assigned domain.
A high school diploma or equivalent is a must
Fluent in English and Arabic
