Marketing Director

Malak Al Tawouk is seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead the marketing function, oversee the marketing team, customer service team, and manage the loyalty program.

The role focuses on strengthening brand leadership, driving customer engagement, improving customer experience, and supporting business growth across all channels.


Key Responsibilities:

1- Marketing Strategy & Brand Management
Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with company objectives

2- Protect and strengthen the Malak Al Tawouk brand across all touchpoints
Lead campaigns for product launches, promotions, and seasonal initiatives
Oversee digital, social media, in-store, outdoor, and performance marketing

3- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights

4- Team Leadership

5- Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team

6- Set KPIs, objectives, and performance evaluations

7- Foster collaboration between marketing, operations, and sales teams

8- Manage agencies, suppliers, and external partners

9- Customer Service Oversight

10- Supervise the customer service team to ensure high service standards

11- Improve customer satisfaction, response
time, and complaint resolution

12- Implement customer feedback systems and reporting

13- Align customer service insights with marketing strategies

14- Loyalty Program Management

15- Design, manage, and optimize the customer loyalty program

16- Increase customer retention, repeat visits, and lifetime value

17- Analyze loyalty data and customer behavior

18 - Launch targeted offers, rewards, and personalized campaigns

19- Budget & Performance Management

20- Prepare and manage the marketing budget

21- Track ROI and performance metrics for campaigns and initiatives

22- Present regular reports and recommendations to senior management


Qualifications & Requirements:

1- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

2- Master’s degree (MBA or Marketing) is a plus

3- Minimum 8–10 years of marketing experience, with senior leadership exposure

4- Experience in F&B, retail, or hospitality is highly preferred

5- Strong understanding of customer experience and loyalty programs

6- Proven leadership and team management skills

7- Strong analytical, communication, and strategic thinking abilities
