Recruiting a Finance and Accounting Manager for a reputable construction company based in Nigeria.

The ideal Candidate should possess:

· Bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting.
· Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, ICAN, CMA, FMVA, or equivalent (preferred).
· Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with significant experience in the construction, engineering, or industrial sector.
· Strong academic grounding in financial accounting, management accounting, cost accounting, and financial analysis.
· Proven experience in construction accounting, including job-costing, project-based accounting, work-in-progress (WIP) reporting, and revenue recognition.
· Hands-on experience managing finances for multiple projects simultaneously, including long-term contracts.
· Strong grasp of construction contract administration, variations, retention, and claims from a financial perspective is a Plus.
· Strong proficiency in ERP and accounting systems, including hands-on experience with system implementation and deployment phases
