HR Generalist in spanish

Responsibilities

 

  • Assist in the full recruitment process, especially for Spanish-speaking candidates.
  • Maintain and update employee records and documentation.
  • Support onboarding, training, and daily HR operations.
  • Handle employee inquiries and help resolve HR-related issues.
  • Communicate effectively across Spanish, Arabic, and English teams.
  • Prepare basic HR reports and support internal communication.

    Requirements
     

    • Fluent in Spanish, Arabic, and English.
    • Strong computer and communication skills.
    • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred).
    • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
