Marketing Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies (social media, content, campaigns, funnels)
Manage presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Telegram
Create and coordinate marketing content (captions, visuals, reels, campaigns)
Support lead generation, promotions, and educational product launches
Collaborate with sales and education teams on campaigns and messaging
Monitor performance metrics (engagement, leads, conversions)
Ensure all marketing content aligns with financial compliance and disclaimer requirements
HR Responsibilities
Manage recruitment cycle (job postings, CV screening, interviews coordination)
Support onboarding programs for new hires (sales, analysts, support)
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Assist in performance tracking, feedback, and internal evaluations
Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, HR, Business, or related field
1–3 years experience in marketing, HR, or a hybrid role
Strong understanding of social media marketing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required; Arabic a plus)
High organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a startup / fast-growth environment
Preferred Skills (Plus)
Experience in forex, finance, or education sectors
Familiarity with CRM systems, lead tracking, or HR software
Basic knowledge of compliance in financial marketing
Creative mindset with analytical thinking
Ability to multitask across departments
