Job Title: Deputy Warehouse Manager

Job Summary
The Deputy Warehouse Manager supports the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, smooth retail supply flow, and compliance with company standards. The role requires strong leadership, hands-on operational involvement, and solid knowledge of WMS and retail warehouse processes in a high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in managing daily warehouse operations.
• Management System (WMS).
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment to support retail operations.
• Supervise, guide, and motivate warehouse teams to achieve operational targets.
• Support workforce planning, shift allocation, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve operational issues and improve workflow.
• Handle operational challenges effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Prepare reports related to stock, productivity, and operational performance when required.
Required Qualifications & Skills
• Proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably in retail distribution.
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work under heavy operational pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Solid computer skills, including MS Office and operational systems.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Preferred Competencies
• Experience in large-scale or central warehouse operations.
• Ability to work on rotational shifts, including AM, PM, and overnight if required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
