Responsibilities:
1. Administer Office 365 platform (Email, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, etc).
2. Monitor/Maintain all network equipment (Firewall, Router, Switch, Access Point, Antivirus).
3. Support/Assist/Guide users to use the existing systems in an efficient way.
4. Troubleshoot technical issues to resolution and/or escalate to supplier or partner organizations as required.
5. Participates in planning and budgeting process for the Company IT infrastructure.
6. Evaluate existing systems and determine ways to better align those systems to support business operations for increased efficiency.
7. Oversee the installation, integration, and maintenance of equipment and programs and provide ongoing tech support.
8. Manage ERP and CRM and give the needed support trainings to employees.

Requirements:
1-Proven working experience as IT Manager.
2-BS in Computer Science or MIS.
3-Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software programs.
4-Hands on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation.
5- Experience with Windows Servers, DNS, DCHP, Virtualization Systems (VMWare, Hyper-V)
