Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Indoor Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling products to customers from our showroom, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with walk-in and online customers to inbound enquiries
Promote and sell company products
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Meet or exceed sales targets
Handle customer queries and provide excellent after-sales support

Requirements:
High School Certificate (minimum)
Previous sales or customer service experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident, target-driven, and customer-focused
Basic computer skills (POS, MS Office...)

Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
