Digital Marketing Specialist (Part - Time)

We are seeking a motivated and creative Part-Time Digital Marketing Specialist to manage all our digital platforms and execute the company’s marketing plan. The role focuses on increasing brand visibility, engaging target audiences, and supporting business growth through effective digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Digital Platforms Management

- Manage and update all digital platforms (website, social media accounts, Google Business, and other relevant platforms).

- Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media channels.

- Monitor messages, comments, and reviews and respond professionally when needed.

- Marketing Planning & Execution

- Develop and implement a monthly and quarterly digital marketing plan aligned with company goals.

- Propose campaigns, promotions, and content ideas to increase brand awareness and leads.

- Coordinate online marketing activities with management.

- Content & Branding

- Ensure consistent brand tone, visuals, and messaging across all platforms.

- Work on basic content creation (posts, captions, visuals coordination with designers if available).

- Support email marketing and promotional campaigns when required.

- Analytics & Reporting

- Track and analyze performance of campaigns (reach, engagement, leads, conversions).

- Prepare simple monthly performance reports with insights and improvement recommendations.

- Optimize campaigns based on performance data.

- Advertising (if applicable)

- Manage basic paid campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, etc.) within an approved budget.

- Monitor ad performance and suggest improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience in digital marketing or social media management.

- Good understanding of social media platforms, content planning, and digital campaigns.

- Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).

- Strong communication and writing skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in paid advertising (Meta / Google).

- Familiarity with content design tools (Canva or similar).

- Experience working in Part-Time or freelance roles.
