Sales Supervisor / Medicals

Role Purpose:
To supervise, coach, and monitor pharmaceutical sales representatives to ensure sales targets are achieved, market coverage is optimized, and company policies and ethical standards are followed.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support daily activities of medical/pharmacy representatives
- Set sales targets and monitor individual & team performance
- Conduct regular field visits, joint calls, and coaching sessions
- Ensure proper product promotion aligned with company strategy
- Analyse sales data, territory performance, and market trends
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key pharmacies, hospitals, and doctors
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and company SOPs
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and action plans
- Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams
- Handle team discipline, motivation, and performance evaluations

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field
3–5+ years experience in pharmaceutical sales
Previous supervisory or team-leading experience is mandatory
