Modern Trade - Key Account (FMCG)

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and develop relationships with key modern trade customers
• Lead and execute account planning, negotiations, listings, and promotional agreements
• Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and account profitability
• Ensure proper in-store execution, visibility, and planogram compliance
• Coordinate and follow up with merchandising teams on displays, promotions, and availability
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity within modern trade
Requirements
• Experience in Modern Trade / Key Accounts within the FMCG sector
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
• Good understanding of merchandising and in-store execution
• Results-driven with the ability to manage multiple accounts
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
