Known for being organized, digitally savvy, and relationship-oriented, they represent the
brand with professionalism, passion, and consistency, whether in agency meetings, retail
environments or events.
Naturally takes on the role of a Company and Brand Ambassador, actively conveying the
company’s and brand’s identity across all touchpoints, from retail shelves to digital
platforms, trade events, marketing collateral and communication at large.
Fluent in English (French is an advantage), with strong organizational skills, digital literacy,
and a sharp eye and interest for consumer and overall market trends. Brings both strategic

thinking and hands-on execution capabilities to ensure products are consistently well-
positioned in a competitive market.

Professional Background
7+ years of experience, (NOT within the Dairy, or Juice industry), possibly within the
advertising field.

Expertise in brand positioning, retail marketing, seasonal product launches, and cross-
functional coordination.

Experience working with sales teams, production, and R&D is valued.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Representation & Identity
Serve as a Company and Brand Ambassador, upholding and communicating the brand’s
values of freshness, health, sustainability, and quality.
Ensure consistent brand identity across all marketing collateral, product packaging, POS,
events, and digital platforms.
Contribute to the creation and internal adoption of brand guidelines and tone of voice.

Market & Sales Intelligence
Analyze sales performance and generate forecasts to support commercial planning and back
strategic decisions.
Track market trends and consumer insights, particularly shifts in health-conscious behavior,
product preferences, and sustainability expectations.
Maintain updated competitive landscape reports, identifying threats and opportunities.
Retail POS Activation & Implementation
Execute impactful in-store activations, including sampling, seasonal promotions, and new
product rollouts.
Manage POS branding and materials production, from concept to delivery, maintaining
quality and brand consistency
Coordinate product visibility strategies in collaboration with the sales dept. & teams.
Training & Event Execution
Train hostesses and reps., instilling brand knowledge, behavior standards, and
communication guidelines.
Lead the coordination at events, CSR activations, trade fairs and consumer shows; ensuring
on-brand execution and impactful consumer experiences.
Communication & Campaign Management
Support and implement 360° communication strategies covering ATL, BTL, and digital.
Own and update the monthly campaign calendar, aligning product launches, seasonal
themes, and communication channels.
Oversee social media planning and content posting, ensuring alignment with brand voice
and promotional plans.
Creative & Agency Coordination
Work closely with design studios and free-lancers on product branding, packaging updates,
and visual communication and production.
Liaise with the advertising agency, managing creative briefs, timelines, and delivery of assets
for multi-channel campaigns
