Job Summary
The Digital Communications & Creative Design Officer is responsible for managing and enhancing BCI Group’s digital presence through creative design, social media management, content development, and basic website administration. This role supports the Communications Department by producing visually engaging materials, maintaining consistent brand identity, managing digital platforms, and supporting internal and external communication initiatives.
Responsibilities
•Plan, schedule, publish, and monitor content across all social media platforms to ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
•Design creative visuals, graphics, infographics, e-cards, newsletters, invitations, and campaign materials.
•Produce short videos, reels, motion graphics, and basic animations for digital platforms.
•Monitor social media performance, track KPIs, and prepare regular analytical and performance reports.
•Research digital trends, competitor activity, and best practices to improve content strategy and online presence.
•Update, maintain, and manage content on digital platforms and websites (including Odoo), ensuring accuracy and proper formatting.
•Monitor website performance, identify broken links, and propose improvements to enhance user experience (UX).
•Coordinate with internal departments to gather information and develop content, visuals, and announcements.
•Maintain and manage a structured content calendar aligned with organizational communication priorities.
•Support internal communications by preparing digital assets and announcements.
•Create branding and design materials for corporate events, including signage, roll-ups, banners, and presentations.
•Support event communication before, during, and after events, including on-site coordination, photography, and content capture.
•Organize and maintain digital archives for designs, photos, videos, and content assets.
•Support multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely execution and high-quality deliverables.
•Perform related duties as required to support the Communications Department’s objectives.
Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field.
•Minimum of three to five (3–5) years of experience in digital communications, creative design, or social media management.
•Strong creative design skills with proficiency in Canva and Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere; motion tools are a plus).
•Solid knowledge of social media platforms, content optimization, and digital communication trends.
•Ability to create videos, reels, and basic motion graphics.
•Experience with website or platform management (HubSpot, Odoo, or similar systems is an advantage).
•Proficiency in AI-powered tools for content creation, design enhancement, and workflow optimization.
•Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
•Good analytical skills for performance tracking and reporting.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
•Basic photography and video shooting skills are considered a strong asset.
•Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
•High level of adaptability, creativity, and professionalism in a fast-paced environment
