We are looking for a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Waiter to join our hotel F&B team. The ideal candidate should ensure an excellent dining experience for our guests by providing prompt, courteous, and efficient service.

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a polite and welcoming manner

Take food and beverage orders accurately

Serve meals and drinks according to hotel standards

Ensure tables are clean, set, and well-presented

Respond to guest requests and resolve complaints professionally

Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff

Follow hygiene, safety, and hotel service procedures

Requirements:

Previous experience as a waiter preferred

Good communication and customer service skills

Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays

Well-groomed and professional appearance

Team player with a positive attitude
