CRM EXECUTIVE

Job Summary:
The CRM Executive is responsible for managing customer relationships, maintaining accurate customer data, supporting sales and customer service teams, and improving customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update the CRM system with accurate customer data

Follow up with customers and maintain strong relationships

Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams

Track customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions

Prepare CRM reports and analyze customer data

Support customer retention and loyalty initiatives

Ensure proper use of CRM tools and processes

Requirements:

2–3 years experience in CRM, customer service, or sales support

Strong communication skills (English required)

Good knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office

High attention to detail and organizational skills

Professional attitude and customer-oriented mindset
