Sales Representative – Beauty Sector
Role Purpose

To promote and sell the company’s beauty and cosmetic products, build strong relationships with clients, and achieve sales targets within the assigned territory while representing the brand professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell beauty, cosmetic, and personal care products to salons, pharmacies, beauty stores, and retailers

Conduct regular field visits and manage assigned sales routes

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Introduce new products and execute promotional activities

Negotiate pricing, displays, and in-store promotions

Ensure proper product visibility and merchandising

Collect payments and follow up on outstanding balances (if applicable)

Monitor competitor activities and market trends

Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Sales target achievement

Customer coverage and retention

Product distribution and visibility

Collection performance (if applicable)

Quality and timeliness of reporting

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

Experience in beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, or retail sales is an advantage

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Customer-oriented with a results-driven mindset

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

Working Conditions

Field-based role

Travel within assigned territory required

Flexible working hours depending on customer schedules
