We’re Hiring | Senior UHT Filling Machine Maintenance Technician
Location: Talia - Bekaa
We are looking to recruit a Senior UHT Filling Machine Maintenance Technician to support the continuous, safe, and efficient operation of our UHT filling lines. This role is critical in minimizing unplanned downtime and ensuring production continuity within our Maintenance Department.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on UHT and milk filling machines
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system breakdowns
• Ensure proper operation of CIP / SIP systems, heat exchangers, pumps, and hygienic valves
• Support production teams to ensure smooth line performance
• Comply with food safety, quality, and hygiene standards (HACCP, GMP)
• Work in shift systems and respond effectively to urgent breakdowns
Minimum Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or Industrial Maintenance
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in UHT and milk filling machine maintenance
(Tetra Pak or equivalent experience is highly preferred)
• Strong knowledge of PLC systems (preferably Siemens) and ability to read electrical and control diagrams
• Solid understanding of dairy processing equipment and hygienic design
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
