Role Overview
The Fashion Brand Manager will be responsible for driving the strategic growth, market positioning, and day-to-day execution of our fashion brands across the Iraqi market. This role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, and close collaboration with retail teams, shopping mall management, and marketing partners to enhance brand visibility and optimize sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the assigned fashion brands across retail stores and shopping malls in Iraq
Oversee daily store operations, ensuring high standards of customer service and operational excellence
Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with shopping mall management, landlords, and key business partners
Plan, support, and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches
Ensure consistent brand identity, visual merchandising standards, and customer experience across all retail touch points
Drive sales performance and contribute to achieving revenue and growth targets
Support, guide, and motivate retail teams to enhance performance and brand alignment
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proven experience in sales growth, brand management, and customer service excellence
In-depth knowledge of Iraq’s retail market and shopping mall environment
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
Strong leadership and people management skills
Solid understanding of marketing principles and visual merchandising standards
