Operations Administrator – F&B

We’re hiring an Operations Administrator to run the daily engine of our kitchen. This role is hands-on, detail-heavy, and operationally critical. If you’re organized, calm under pressure, and obsessive about order, this seat matters.

What you’ll own

Daily operations
You’ll coordinate drivers and dispatch, ensure packaging is complete, handle client special requests and labels, receive suppliers, store items correctly, monitor fridge and freezer temperatures three times daily, package meals and desserts, check plates post-service, welcome customers, prepare next-day receipts, and close the space properly including cleanliness and AC shutdown.

Weekly operations
You’ll check store and fridge expiry dates, build menus across regular, veggie, kids, and athletic plans, update serving counts, print menus for chefs, prepare daily and weekly order papers, and prioritize PM orders for dispatch.

Monthly operations
You’ll manage temperature logs, ensure they’re reviewed and filed correctly, and keep operational records audit-ready.

What we’re looking for

Someone structured, reliable, and present. You’re comfortable in a fast kitchen environment, good with Excel and paperwork, precise with food safety routines, and not afraid of repetitive checks. You notice what others miss and fix it before it becomes a problem.

This is not an admin-on-a-chair job. You are the operational spine between kitchen, drivers, suppliers, and clients. When you do your job well, everything flows quietly.
