We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Personal Assistant (PA).
This role is essential to ensuring the efficient, professional, and timely coordination of all executive and site-related administrative activities.

Key Qualifications
The ideal candidate must:
• Be fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Exhibit a high level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
• Have strong administrative experience, preferably within the construction, engineering, or contracting sector.
• Possess outstanding proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with excellent document formatting and data-handling capabilities.
• Show exceptional attention to detail, especially in document control, scheduling, and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain executive calendars, appointments, project-related meetings, travel arrangements, and logistics.
• Draft, format, edit, and translate official letters , contracts, and documents in both Arabic and English.
• Organize internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, record accurate minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on assigned actions.
• Coordinate between executives, project managers, site teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
• Support the preparation of high-quality reports, project updates, Excel sheets, and PowerPoint presentations with accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive corporate, contractual, and personnel information with discretion.
• Assist in document control processes, filing, archiving, and tracking approvals related to projects.
• Monitor deadlines, ensure timely execution of tasks, and support smooth office and operational workflows.
• Perform general administrative duties to support executive management and contribute to operational efficiency.
Skills
Requirements
• 3–4 years of proven experience in a similar PA, executive assistant, or administrative support role, preferably in construction or a related industry.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with strong formatting and presentation abilities.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills, with a strong commitment to accuracy and detail.
• Professional, presentable, and polished appearance and communication style.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities across multiple projects.
