An engineering consultancy firm is looking for a BIM Manager with 10+ years of experience who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and enforcing the company's Building Information Modeling (BIM) standards, workflows, and procedures across all projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute the BIM implementation strategy to enhance project delivery efficiency and quality.
• Standards and Protocols: Create and maintain company-wide BIM standards, protocols, and templates, ensuring best practices and client requirements.
• Software Management: Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of all BIM software and supporting technologies.
• Training and Support: Provide training, mentoring, and technical support to project teams on BIM software and processes.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers and Departments Heads to ensure successful BIM execution from project inception to completion.
• Quality Control: Establish and enforce quality control procedures for BIM data and deliverables to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
• Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest BIM technologies and trends, recommending and implementing innovative solutions to improve company services.
Essential Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Proven experience in a BIM management or coordination role.
• Expert-level proficiency with industry-standard BIM software (Autodesk, Revit, or similar).
• Strong understanding of architectural, engineering, and construction processes and terminology.
