We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our jewelry store and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is well-presented, trustworthy, customer-focused, and passionate about sales and luxury products. You will assist customers in selecting jewelry, maintain store presentation, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
• Welcome customers and provide personalized, high-quality service
• Present, explain, and sell jewelry pieces (gold, diamonds, gemstones, etc.)
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new collections
• Handle cash, POS transactions, and invoices accurately
• Ensure proper handling and security of jewelry items
• Maintain store cleanliness, display standards, and visual merchandising
• Assist with stock management, inventory counts, and reporting
• Support promotions, special events, and seasonal campaigns
• Build long-term relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits

Requirements & Qualifications
• Previous experience in retail sales (jewelry or luxury retail is a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable, polite, and professional appearance
• High level of honesty, responsibility, and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
• Basic knowledge of cash handling and POS systems
• Languages: Arabic required, English required (French is a plus)
