Job Summary:
Le Cedrus Hotel is seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant and ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Manage, train, and motivate restaurant staff
• Ensure high standards of food quality, service, hygiene, and cleanliness
• Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and ordering processes
• Coordinate with kitchen and hotel management to ensure seamless operations
• Prepare schedules and manage staff attendance
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health, and safety regulations
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role (preferably in hotels)
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of food & beverage operations and service standards
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Fluency in Arabic and English (French is a plus)
