R&D Officer

Meptico SAL (Zouk Mosbeh) - Lebanon
Job duties:
- Weigh the necessary raw material according to formula
- Test prototypes samples against recipe standard
- Organize tasting to amend recipe accordingly
- Test new raw materials to check for conformity to new or amended formula once received a new raw material
- Organize tasting to Check with the GM the test parameters related to each product (texture, taste, mouthfeel, viscosity and color….)
- Ensure proper filing for all R&D documents and records
- Assist in cleaning and maintaining R&D laboratory equipment


Qualifications:
* Bachelor degree in Biochemistry, Food Science or any related field
* Previous experience in R&D is a plus

Location: Zouk Mosbeh
Work schedule: Monday till Friday - 7:00 AM till 17:00 PM
