Key Responsibilities:

Ø Plans daily filling activities based on Finished Goods Requisition forms .

Ø Prepares Item Request lists for packing materials and verifies received items for accuracy.

Ø Controls label preparation and instructs the Filling Team on quantities, quality standards, and labeling requirements.

Ø Ensures Quality Control Slips are available and signed off before starting the filling process.

Ø Prepares filling machines and ensures cleanliness before operations commence.

Ø Supervises the filling process, particularly for ensuring proper product weights for toners.

Ø Completes Filling Control forms after filling processes are finalized.

Ø Oversees packing of filled cans into cartons, scanning via barcode reader, and transferring to the FG warehouse.

Ø Collaborates with Stock Keeper to inspect received materials and update inventory systems.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

Ø Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role within a production or manufacturing environment.

Ø University degree
