We are looking for a Workshop Controller who will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling workshop operations to ensure jobs are completed efficiently, on time, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
1-Plan, schedule, and allocate work to technicians ;

2-Monitor daily workshop activity to ensure jobs are completed within agreed timelines.

3-Control job flow from vehicle/equipment reception to completion and delivery.

4-Ensure technicians follow standards, safety procedures, and quality guidelines.

5-Monitor and improve technician productivity, efficiency, and utilization.

6-Review job cards, labor hours, and parts usage for accuracy and cost control.

7-Coordinate with Service Advisors to provide accurate job status updates and delivery times.

8-Identify delays or technical issues and take corrective action promptly.

9-Support diagnosis of complex technical issues when required.

10-Ensure workshop tools, equipment, and facilities are properly maintained.


- Qualifications & Experience
1- Technical qualification in automotive/mechanical/electrical field

2- 5+ years workshop experience (including senior technician or supervisory role)

3-Experience in a dealership or structured workshop environment preferred
