We are looking for a hands-on and organized Marketing Operations Lead to coordinate and follow up on all marketing activities.

Responsibilities
* Lead and organize all marketing activities and campaigns.
* Define campaign timelines, priorities, and execution plans.
* Coordinate with social media, content, and design teams to ensure smooth execution.
* Follow up on deadlines, deliverables, and approvals.
* Ensure campaigns are implemented correctly across all channels.
* Track marketing performance and prepare simple reports.
* Identify execution gaps and propose operational improvements.
* Ensure clear communication and alignment between marketing, sales, and operations.

Profile
* 3+ years’ experience in marketing.
* Strong leadership through organization and follow-up.
* Detail-oriented, structured, and proactive.
* Execution-focused and reliable
