Job description
We are seeking a reliable and professional local candidate in Beirut to join as a Part-Time Personal Assistant with analytical capabilities. Based in Slovenia, I manage international projects in Beirut and need on-the-ground support from someone familiar with the local environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Conduct basic data analysis and research for project-related tasks (e.g., market trends, reports using tools like Excel or Google Sheets).
- Represent the team in local meetings or interactions – must be presentable, professional, and able to communicate effectively in English and Arabic.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks such as coordinating with local vendors or assisting with project logistics in Beirut.
Requirements:
- Based in Beirut, Lebanon (local candidates only – no relocation offered).
- Experience as a personal assistant, executive support, or similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail; familiarity with data tools is preferred.
- Professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently.
- Part-time availability (approx. 20 hours/week, flexible schedule).
- Fluency in English.
