Job Details

An FMCG company located in Zalka is hiring an Operations Executive to support daily operations across local
distribution and export/import coordination. This role focuses on execution,
documentation accuracy, delivery follow-up, and reporting. The ideal candidate is
organized, detail-oriented, and able to coordinate with internal teams and external
logistics partners.
Key Responsibilities
 Support daily distribution operations: order preparation follow-up, delivery
coordination, and returns handling.
 Prepare and organize operational paperwork (delivery notes, dispatch sheets,
handover forms).
 Collect and archive signed Proof of Delivery (POD) from clients.
 Support export shipments by preparing/verifying packing lists, invoices, shipment
summaries, and label requirements when needed.
 Coordinate with freight forwarders and clearance agents and track shipment
status.
 Support import follow-up for raw materials and packaging in collaboration with
Purchasing.
 Maintain trackers for deliveries, returns, shipments, discrepancies, and key
operational updates.
 Provide weekly reporting and escalate issues such as missing items, damages,
delays, or documentation gaps.
Key KPIs
 Delivery accuracy % and on-time delivery %
 Returns properly documented %
 Export documentation accuracy %
 Shipment tracking updates completed on time %
 Discrepancies flagged within 24 hours %
 Weekly reporting submitted on time %
Requirements

 2–5 years experience in operations, logistics, supply chain support, or admin
coordination.
 Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
 High attention to detail and strong follow-up discipline.
 Ability to work under pressure and handle daily operational tasks.
 FMCG / Food industry experience is a strong advantage.
 English & Arabic communication skills preferred
