An FMCG company located in Zalka is hiring an Operations Executive to support daily operations across local
distribution and export/import coordination. This role focuses on execution,
documentation accuracy, delivery follow-up, and reporting. The ideal candidate is
organized, detail-oriented, and able to coordinate with internal teams and external
logistics partners.
Key Responsibilities
Support daily distribution operations: order preparation follow-up, delivery
coordination, and returns handling.
Prepare and organize operational paperwork (delivery notes, dispatch sheets,
handover forms).
Collect and archive signed Proof of Delivery (POD) from clients.
Support export shipments by preparing/verifying packing lists, invoices, shipment
summaries, and label requirements when needed.
Coordinate with freight forwarders and clearance agents and track shipment
status.
Support import follow-up for raw materials and packaging in collaboration with
Purchasing.
Maintain trackers for deliveries, returns, shipments, discrepancies, and key
operational updates.
Provide weekly reporting and escalate issues such as missing items, damages,
delays, or documentation gaps.

Requirements
2–5 years experience in operations, logistics, supply chain support, or admin
coordination.
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
High attention to detail and strong follow-up discipline.
Ability to work under pressure and handle daily operational tasks.
FMCG / Food industry experience is a strong advantage.
English & Arabic communication skills preferred
