JOB PURPOSE: Design, build, and operate business‑critical analytics and automation solutions that turn data into decisions and manual processes into scalable, governed workflows. The role focuses on Power BI for enterprise reporting and data modeling, ETL with Alteryx for robust data preparation and orchestration, and the Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate) to digitize forms and automate repetitive tasks. JOB DESCRIPTION:
·Development of high‑value Power BI solutions: data modeling, DAX measures, Power Query transformations, parameterization, and reusable datasets.
·Deliver actionable dashboards for different Operations and Business with clear narrative and decision‑ready visuals.
·Build and maintain Alteryx workflows, cleanse, join, and aggregate data from different source systems
·Build Power Automate flows to automate repetitive tasks and reduce TAT spent on manual work
·Translate business questions into measurable requirements and acceptance criteria
·Proactively identify automation opportunities and dashboard enhancements; evaluate new features in Power BI, Alteryx, and Power Platform.
·Design Power Apps (Canvas/Model‑driven) to digitize manual processes

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
·Bachelor’s degree in business computing, Management Information Systems (MIS), Mathematics/Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
·~4 years of hands‑on analytics/automation experience (3–5 years range), including end‑to‑end delivery from requirements to production support.
·Prior exposure to insurance data and processes (policy, claims, underwriting, premiums, loss ratios) is a strong plus.
·Technical Skills (Required)
·Power BI, ETL/Alteryx, Power Apps, Power Automate, Excel VBA, Microsoft Excel, Access and Excel
·Strong analytical problem‑solving, learning agility (fast learner), attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
·Clear communication and data storytelling; stakeholder management across technical and non‑technical audiences.
·High ownership and results orientation; comfortable with ambiguity and iterative delivery.
·Excellent written and spoken English
